Documents Required
Attested photocopies of
- Online application form (printed / filled copy)
- Entrance exam result: either the SPPU PhD entrance (PET) result or valid scorecard of a national-level exam that grants exemption (e.g. NET/JRF, GATE, GPAT, CSIR-NET, etc.)
- Mark-sheets of qualifying degrees —Master’s degree or PG degree (M.Pharm / relevant Master’s) with marksheets
- Degree Certificate (or provisional degree certificate) of the PG / Master’s degree.
- For reserved-category candidates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS etc.): caste certificate, non-creamy layer certificate (if applicable) / EWS certificate.
- For PwD/ differently-abled candidates (if applicable): disability certificate / relevant supporting medical certificate / UDID certificate.
- Age / date-of-birth proof (10th standard certificate or birth certificate or equivalent) — though this is more common for UG/PG admissions, may be requested for verification.
- Migration / Transfer Certificate (if you have studied at a different university / institution earlier) — this may be required depending on admission rules / background.
- Originals + one set of photocopies of all the required documents must be brought at the time of interview / admission
