The Training & Placement Office (TPO) aims to prepare Diploma in Pharmacy students for employment, higher studies, and professional growth by providing career guidance, skill development, and placement opportunities in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

Mechanism of the TPO Desk
- The TPO Desk functions under the guidance of the Principal and Head of the Department
- A TPO Coordinator is appointed to plan and execute training and placement activities
- Regular interaction is maintained with pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, wholesalers, and healthcare institutions
- Training programs such as soft skills, communication skills, interview techniques, and resume writing are conducted
- Industrial visits, guest lectures, and workshops are organized to expose students to real-world practices
- Student placement records are maintained and updated systematically
- Feedback from recruiters and alumni is used to improve training activities
